Mission Report

The ICS 301 Mission Report provides overview information including
the mission's date/time, initial informant, call-taker and
 reporting agency.

The Mission Report
also records the
mission's location,
type, status, urgency, severity and a general mission description.

Missing Person Incident Summary

The ICS 302a Missing Person Incident Summary provides post-mission reporting of the person's circumstance, movement, route, weather, behavior, contact, rescue, medical and general conclusions information.

This information can be used for post-mission analysis and review.
