'Searchlight Image Locator' End User Agreement

 The 'Searchlight Image Locator' End User is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization, namely:
(a)   A 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the United States or 501(c)(3) equivalent outside of the United States.

(b)  The End User is only using the services for approved community search and rescue (SAR) purposes.

(c)  The End User agrees to offer material support to SAR Technology Inc. and Clarifai, Inc.
(the companies) for identifying and developing promotional opportunities directed to other 
 End Users or other potential users of these companies services.

(d)  The End User agrees to provide, on request, SAR mission-relevent images and written materials,
for the creation of public case studies, promotional materials and other collateral uses,
and for the mutual development of further solutions by the companies.

 Community Basic Plan:  $49 US/month    Up to 1,000,000 Image Scans over 12 months
 Community Plus  Plan:  $95 US/month    Up to 2,000,000 Image Scans over 12 months
 Payable to 'SAR Technology Inc.'

 Payments are made in advance for a 12 month period, and are automatically renewed unless cancelled by the customer.

 The use of any of SAR Technology's software or services constitutes agreement with SAR Technology's Terms and Conditions

 The decision to accept or decline any request to purchase, or purchase at a discounted price, any of SAR Technology's products or
 services, is entirely at the sole discretion of SAR Technology Inc.
