The use of any of SAR Technology's
software or services constitutes
agreement with SAR Technology's Standard Terms and Conditions.
SAR Technology
Inc. Products and Services are licensed and subject to price changes,
modifications,
feature changes, addition or removal and/or cancellation, without any notice, penalty, refund or liability.
Software or services may also become inoperable due to third party actions over
which
SAR Technology has no control and will not be held liable in any way.
No refunds are available for any SAR Technology products
or services.
No refunds will be provided and no claims may be made due to the loss or
cancellation of any SAR Technology products, software or services at any
time.
THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, IN ITS CURRENT
FORM
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
SAR TECHNOLOGY DOES NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE
SOFTWARE OR SERVICE THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR
REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR BE ERROR-FREE.
WHILE SAR TECHNOLOGY HAS STRIVED TO MAKE ITS PRODUCTS RELIABLE AND
ACCURATE INACCURACIES, BUGS, ERRORS, INCONSISTENCIES
FUNCTION LOSS AND MISCALCULATIONS CAN BE EXPECTED.

DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
THE USER AGREES THAT SAR TECHNOLOGY INC. WILL NOT BE HELD
LIABLE FOR ANY USE, DECISIONS, ACTIONS, OR EVENTS ARISING
OUT OF THE USE OF ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. THE USER ALSO
AGREES THAT THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICE IS TO BE USED ONLY AS A GUIDE TO
ASSIST EXPERIENCED USERS TO MAKE THEIR OWN PLANNING.
MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONAL DECISIONS.
Any
claims or disputes regarding any of SAR Technology's software, services or
actions shall be
adjudicated in, and in accordance with, the laws of the Province of
British Columbia, Canada.
SAR Technology Inc. terms include a Force Majeure
provision where offered or purchased
products or services my be limited or rescinded without any penalty or
refund, where
Force Majeure incidents, either natural or man-made, make it difficult or
impossible to
reasonably or safely complete any offered or purchased product or service.
Search, rescue and emergency-response operations are inherently uncertain and
frequently associated with many risks, to all persons both providing and requiring
assistance. Time, weather, incomplete information available and
limited resources, both physical and intellectual, limit the chances of a
successful conclusion to any search or rescue operation. You agree to render
SAR Technology Inc. harmless and in no way whatsoever responsible for any
outcome of a search, rescue or any other operation, undertaken using the
software or service.
SAR Technology Inc's shall not be held liable, in any form whatsoever, including
financial,
from the use of any software, services, or information provided by SAR
Technology Inc.
In no event shall SAR Technology Inc. be liable
for any damages whatsoever (including damages from loss
of income from any source, business profits, business or service
interruption, loss of information, personal losses, suffering, or any other
pecuniary or reputational loss) arising from the use or inability to use the Software or
Services,
even if SAR Technology Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Standard Warranty
Conditions
No warranty is provided and no claim is made, in any way, of any fitness
for any purpose.
There is no warranty, refund or remedy for any software or service or for functionality
loss or errors.
Errors, omissions, incorrect data, software bugs, feature loss
and unexpected functionality may occur
and all are accepted as a condition of purchase and of use of the software
and services.
Use of any SAR Technology software, products or services is entirely at your own
risk and liability.
Do Not Copy or Make Derivative Works
The user agrees to not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile any software, services, prototypes or other tangible objects of SAR Technology Inc.
The user agrees to not create derivative works based on any software, services, prototypes or other tangible objects of SAR Technology Inc.
